Job Purpose:
The Supplier Enrolment Specialist will be required to interpret the business needs and form a consultative sell and then apply the solution, manage a contact strategy and manage/extend their own pipeline in order to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
A telesales position within a multilingual ‘Managed Sales’ team, requiring the Enrolment Specialist to speak with supplier clients with a plan to enrol them onto one of the two Tungsten Network services at the request of their buyer customer (end client)
Each individual is expected to carefully manage a sales portfolio (containing 100-300 suppliers) in line with strict quality guidelines. This includes regular interaction and detailed account notes within the CRM.

Role Overview
The Linux Engineer role within Tungsten Network is responsible for supporting existing infrastructure and applications at Tungsten Network to ensure continued operation of the Tungsten Network service to meet and exceed agreed service levels. The Linux Engineer role supports a 24/7/365 operation for monitoring our production services and acts as third line support to business users and second line support for Application Support.
Candidates will be expected to learn Tungsten Networks applications and infrastructure and be able to perform troubleshooting and respond to managed service providers regarding alerts within our hosted environments.
The role is full time and reports to Technology Manager, Production Services and would suit an organized, practical and adaptable person with desire to grow and develop technical skills in a fast-growing global company.

Role Overview
The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate renewal of all Single Integrated Suppliers (IS) using the Tungsten Network. In addition, there may be further non IS clients, including customers utilizing Purchased Order Delivery Services or Mexican Payment services requiring renewal support and processing.
The Renewal Specialist will become the subject matter expert on all things relating to IS renewals, also supporting broader business initiatives including the Order to Cash billings project, the Subscription Pricing project and data cleansing initiatives.
The Renewal Specialist will manage the outbound renewal communications to IS clients and monitor, resolve or escalate any inbound customer enquiries relating to their renewal.
